1/2 avocado, diced
6 pc frozen strawberry
1/2 pc frozen banana
1/2 C blueberry
1 C almond milk
1/2 C skyr
1/4 C orange juice
1 scoop post workout supplement (we used a BCAA, flavored with Pineapple)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add your CBD extract and enjoy!
