CBD-Infused Olive Oil Recipe

- 3½ grams CBD-rich decarboxylated cannabis flower
- 1 cup olive oil
Heat oven to 275˚F. Line baking sheet with tinfoil. Break up dry flower into pea-sized pieces with fingers or scissors and spread cannabis evenly onto the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
In a sterilized 16-ounce Mason jar, combine cannabis flower and olive oil. Seal tightly.
Fill a small saucepan with 3-inches of water. Place a Mason jar in the pan and heat on low. Using a candy thermometer, bring to a gentle boil at 200˚F for 2½ to 3 hours. Make sure water does not exceed 211°F. Add water to the saucepan as needed to compensate for evaporation. When finished, remove the Mason jar safely with an oven mitt and let cool.
Place cheesecloth in fine-mesh strainer over a clean 8-ounce Mason jar. Pour infused olive oil through cheesecloth into the jar. Gently press to extract the oil. Avoid squeezing cheesecloth to minimize unattractive chlorophyll flavors.
Recipes Using CBD Oil
Strawberry Balsamic CBD Salad Dressing
- ¼ c minus two tablespoons Olive, Avocado, or Canola Oil
- 2 tablespoons Strawberry CBD Oil
- ¼ c Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Isla Blanca Sea Salt, or salt of choice
- Pinch of black pepper
Place all ingredients into a mason jar. Shake to combine. Pour over salad, fruit, or dip slices of a fresh baguette. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Creamsicle CBD Gummy Bears
This fun recipe can be customized with any flavors you want!
- Gummy molds or square pan
- ½ cup of water
- ½ cup of orange juice
- 8 teaspoons of gelatin
- Vanilla CBD oil
Add the water to a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Allow to sit for 2 minutes.
Stir the gelatin well and set the heat to medium-low. Keep stirring it until it liquifies and use a thermometer to check the temperature until it reaches 165˚.

Pour the mixture into the gummy molds and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, but you can leave them for longer.

- 3 cups of pasta
- ½ tablespoon of full spectrum CBD oil
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 shallots
- 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Mushrooms and spinach, or veggies of choice
- Fresh basil leaves
Mince garlic cloves and shallots and set them aside. Boil the pasta noodles, and reserve half a cup of the water while draining it.
Take a large pan, add olive oil to heat. Add mushrooms and shallots, and cook until shallots caramelize. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add the CBD oil and seasonings, minus the basil. Add pasta into the pan and mix it well. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
Top with fresh basil and serve.
