A California company that markets and distributes marijuana and hemp is making a play for convenience stores.

The products will be sold in one-, two- and 30-day supplies.

In November, Marijuana Company of America (MCOA) announced a partnership with Convenient Hemp Mart to develop the new product line.

MCOA invested $100,000 in exchange for a 25% equity stake in Convenient Hemp Mart.

Founded in 2015, Marijuana Company of America is based in Escondido, California, and trades on over-the-counter markets under the ticker symbol MCOA.
